Why we started.
Before Luno Talent, we were the ones doing the hiring. Between us we've founded companies, scaled a few, closed one the hard way, and built engineering teams across the US, Europe, and every timezone of Latin America.
Two things stuck with us. The best engineers we ever worked with were in LATAM — on our hours, in our standups, outbuilding teams twice their size. And finding them, through job boards and agencies and endless résumé stacks, was still painfully slow in an age when everything else had gotten fast.
